1.1 Booking

When you book a room or rooms at Kihnu Sepa OÜ, we expect the total cost for the booked dates when you confirm your reservation. When booking accommodation with an invoice, the due date of the invoice must be respected, in case of non-payment we may cancel your booking. We will always give you a reminder by e-mail or telephone, but then as a matter of good practice you should pay the invoice within at least 24 hours.

2. Time of booking

Check-in at our accommodation is at 14:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM in the morning. If you are on foot or by bike and would like to leave your personal belongings with us, please let us know in advance at sepakodumajutus@gmail.com or +372 59023431.

3. Cancellation of reservation

Reservations can be cancelled on the date shown on the invoice (last cancellation date) by 12:00 PM prior to arrival. Cancellations must be notified to sepakodumajutus@gmail.com or +372 59023431. If you make a reservation, for example, three days before arrival, it will not be possible to cancel the reservation.

4. Changing your booking

Changes can be the number of people in the accommodation or, for example, a change to the booking of a sauna, barrel room or bikes. To do this, please let us know at sepakodumajutus@gmail.com, on the spot at the accommodation or +372 59023431.

5. Missing a boat trip

If all the ferry trips on Kihnu Virve are cancelled, no departures on the Munaliu-Kihnu route are cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the guest, please let us know. In the event of a cancellation, we can provide you with a contact for a ferry trip or, if possible, we can find another solution.

6. Cancelling a trip

In case you have to cancel and the cancellation has gone beyond the last cancellation date or, for example, you do not show up at our homestay on the booked dates, Kihnu Sepa OÜ will not refund the booking fee.

7. Transferring the reservation

If you would like to make a booking in someone else's name, please let us know at sepakodumajutus@gmail.com or +372 59023431.

8. Pets

Pets are welcome, but we would like the animals to be under the supervision of their owners. Animals are not allowed to be alone in the room when the owner has left the accommodation. Well-behaved smaller pets may be housed, larger animals should be left enclosed in the yard or on a patio for example. The owner is not responsible for the pets of guests. If a pet damages our property, we may charge all or part of the bill.
